Hari ulang tahun yang ke-25 menjadi saat yang spesial bagi atlet nasional, Maharani Ardy. Di seperempat abad usianya, Maharani berhasil meraih medali emas pertamanya di ajang SEA Games.

“Ini untuk orang tua Reni (panggilan Maharani),” katanya seusai pertandingan di venue Shooting Range Jakabaring Sport City, Palembang, Senin (14/11).
Suasana bahagia bercampur tangis setelah papan skor memastikan atlet asal Palembang itu meraih poin tertinggi. Turun di nomor 50 meter prone putri, ia berhasil meraih 593 poin.

Suasana tegang sempat terjadi saat atlet unggulan Indonesia justru kurang tampil maksimal. Erlinawati hanya bisa meraih posisi keenam dengan raihan 586. Peraih medali emas SEA Games 2009 Laos itu mendahului Reni dalam menyelesaikan pertandingan. Di papan skor, Vitchuda Pichitkanjanakul asal Thailand masih memimpin pertandingan dengan 592 poin.

“Mama (Ibu) nggak mau liat papan skor. Hanya di dalam hati bilang,'Ayo dek! tembak nomor sepuluh.',” kata Ira Sukardi, ibunda Reni, yang hadir untuk mendukung putrinya bertanding.
Selama pertandingan, Ira merasa sangat tegang melihat penampilan anaknya. Hanya Dwi, keponakan Reni, yang sibuk memberitahu perkembangan nilai pada dirinya.

Di dalam hatinya, Ira selalu berdoa untuk keberhasilan putri bungsungnya itu. Terlebih, hari pertandingan berlangsung bertepatan dengan kelahiran anak ketiga dari tiga bersaudara itu.
Menurutnya, rasa tegang terus terasa mendengar poin per poin yang dihasilkan Reni. Hingga akhirnya, si bungsu keluar menjadi juara setelah unggul satu poin atas saingan terdekatnya. “Itu kado terindah untuk anakku,” ujarnya yang datang bersama suaminya, Sukardi.

Rasa haru sekaligus bangga muncul seusai Reni memastikan gelar juara. Orang-orang terdekatnya memberikan pelukan dan atlet asal Sumatera Selatan itu menangis. Nyanyian selamat ulang tahun mengiringi kemenangan Reni di arena menembak. Ia pun mengucap doa.
“Dalam hati Reni, banyak yang menonton dan mendukung Indonesia. Semoga doa kita semua diijabah, amin,” ujarnya.

Medali emas kali ini seperti membayar keinginan Reni dua tahun lalu. Saat itu, ia hanya meraih hasil medali perak di nomor tim rifle prone. Berlatih di pelatihan nasional selama enam bulan, Reni kini akhirnya bisa meraih hasil kerja kerasnya di tengah dukungan para suporter. “Itu jadi doa dan penyemangat buat Reni,” ujar peraih medali emas di Singapura Open 2009 itu.

#1 Chapters 1-9 Mandatory Quest Guide

Since there seems to be a lot of confusion about these new mandatories, I figured I would just stick all the parts together into one cohesive guide. The following quest is extremely LONG so beware. This guide is intended for Human factions on the Billows server, since that's where my experience is coming from. Most of it should also apply for Athans on other servers, with a few differences I believe.

Reward: 1285 Taichi Pills

EP 1: ANOTHER CIRCLE

First, obtain the quest from Nura in Sunstream. If you're at least level 105, he should have a mandatory quest for you.

Next, go to Kunlun, and follow the quest description to the Mountain Lake. Go all the way to the south of the lake, and then turn right until you see a small boy. Stand near him and you'll get the quest popup. This might take a few tries, so keep on getting the popup until you get the Quest Completed message.

Next, go back to the left and enter the small tunnel out to the Mountain of Longing. If you run a little to the left here, youll get another popup at [Mountain of Longing 110, -334]. Again, it might take a few tries so keep at it until you get the quest completion.

Follow the autoroute to Garridan, and keep on talking to her. At this point, you should receive 15 taichi pills.

Visit Tanis Ka. Talk to him some more.

Teleport to Southern Border. Have a chat with Lil Baba. Youll get 20 more Taichi pills.

You'll then get a choice of whether the first option is better or the second option is better. I picked the second. The quest requires you to kill a couple of low level monsters. Not a big deal, but watch out for the Fireglow Guards as opposed to the Fireglow Guardians. The guards will hit you with all sorts of nasty ailments, and if you're not watching your health, the bleed will eventually kill you.

Additionally, I'd suggest going in with a teleport out ready because you get sent all the way into the cave, so it might take a while to just run out. After turning in your quest, you'll get 30 taichi pills.

Even if you're not Tier 5, its still easy to visit Master Jadeon in Shura. Just teleport to Wildlands, and run north to the portal. Up that long winding staircase, and he should be standing just to the right. Theres no need to encounter any high level mobs in this case.

WARNING: Before you go to the Mountain Lake, pick up an Apprentice Saber from the Blacksmith. It'll help save you a long trip later on.

Now go back to the Mountain Lake. As soon as you reach it, you should get a popup. A little further in, towards that massive ice structure, you should get another.

Autorouting to the top of the tower wont do you much good here, so just navigate (ASDW makes it easier) on the winding path up the tower. If you notice that huge dragon encased in ice, you can also use that as a path to reach the top. Talk to the Astral Lord, and you'll receive 15 taichi pills.

To complete the next part of the quest and collect your Fantasy Heart, you'll need to defeat a Soul of the Moon. Just run around the base of the tower until you find her. Depending on your level, she may actually be somewhat difficult, so bring a few pots.

When you return to the Astral Lord, he'll give you 20 taichi pills and teleport you underneath the lake. Run straight toward that gigantic Yin Yang glowing thingy and you'll be teleported to the Divine realm!

CHAPTER 2: THE ATHAN

Now talk to Wana standing next to you, and you'll get 99 pots and 10 taichi pills. From there, follow the autorouting to the Esper Mystic, who will tell you to kill some Dragon Sparrows. The autorouting might be a little weird, so just go to [Sand River (-71 -60)], and kill fifty of them. Some of them like to float in the air above you for some reason, but otherwise, this should be cake.

Report back to Physician Noi using your advanced autorouting skills. No reward, but now you get to go back to the exact place you just came from, and kill more Dragon Sparrows! Once youre done repeating the same exact quest, visit Noi again. Again, no reward. (Other servers report that Noi tells you to collect 5 herbs. If this is the case, check the ground at [Green Hillock (86, -387)] to find them.)

Visit the Blacksmith, then the Skylord, then the Blacksmith again. Surprise! You'll need an Apprentice Saber. I believe these can only be found in the Human towns, so if you didnt get one earlier, you'll have to mark a portal charm or go back through the portal in Kunlun after getting one from a Human town.

After talking to the Skylord, teleport to Scarlet city via Skylord to save yourself the walk. Everything's all gray! Even you!

Anyway, talk to Nolly, and you'll receive 75 Taichi pills! . And of course, you need to go kill more Dragon Sparrows. Apparently, these arent too popular among the Athans.

After talking to Nolly again you'll get a quest to kill various mobs (finally a break from Dragon Sparrows). These ones are equally easy, so no worries here. Hand in the quest to Botan. After listening to his speech on violence, go see Zono. You'll get 80 Taichi pills for this!

Don't waste your time trying to kill more sparrows. Instead, just head over to [Scarlet City 104, 44] where you'll receive a series of popups. Now talk to Zono again.

After getting the letter, teleport back to Dragon Palace and talk to Zorio. Autoroute over to Jokka, then to Vedin, then back to Zorio. Talk some more with Guli the Senior (and get 40 Taichi pills!) and then talk with Lanxi.

As the quest says, keep killing Hardwing Bees to collect Greengage. Talk to Lanxi again, and then Guli the Senior. Again.

Now go kill some Blossom Witches. And then talk to Guli the Senior yet again. You'll get 50 taichi pills. At this point you'll have to talk to Lil Baba in Southern Border, so there's no escaping the long trip back through the Mountain Lake, unless you have some portal charms handy.

Lil Baba gives you a Hairpin, so travel back to the Divine Realm in whatever way you can. To find Liyia, travel to [Green Hillcock -162 -435]. You'll get 15 taichi pills as a reward. You'll need to kill some more Blossom Witches in order to gather the Flower Essence necessary to complete the next part of the quest.

WARNING: During the five minute wait where Liyia is constructing the Spirit Essence, do NOT disturb her OR check your quest list. This will cause your game to crash.
**edit** The game no longer crashes during the wait period.
Then talk to Guli the Senior to get your last 40 Taichi Pills.

CHAPTER 3: BILU

In order to acquire Chapter 3, talk to Konsa [Green Hillock (-25, -396)]. Now go chat it up with Guli the Senior. Next, to collect your Mystic Lotus, travel to [Sand River (-6, 45)] (*edit*: these coords might be wrong, if there are no Mystic Lotus there check [Sand River (6, -45)]. Now back to Guli for 15 taichi pills. Plot twist.

Autoroute to Liyia. Teleport outta there and go talk to Lil Baba in Southern Border.Go back to Guli for 10 taichi pills.

Use the Skylord to get to Scarlet City, and from there, walk to Yinoa. Now walk all the way across the map again to Zazu. Then to talk to Pokki. Teleport back to Guli for 10 more taichi pills. The end of this very short chapter.

CHAPTER 4: UNCERTAINTY

To acquire the quest, go to [Scarlet City (313, 73)]. Now go kill some Hardwing Bees, theyre all over the place. Just teleport over to Dragon Palace and kill some outside there. When you have your Petal Honey, talk to Lanxi for 20 taichi pills, then Guli again.

Teleport back to Scarlet City via Skylord and talk to Zazu and Leoin who is right beside him. Autoroute to the Haunting Wanderers and report back to Leoin and then to Pokki. Go talk to Yinoa again, and teleport to Dragon Palace. Finding Komi can be a little tricky. If you have a skyblade, use it. Go to [Dragon Palace (337, -314)] and fly straight up. If not, then go to those coordinates and run inside the building. Start climbing stairs, and when you get to the top, exit on the giant scary ladys right side. Komi should be right outside. She gives you 35 taichi pills.

Teleport to Scarlet City again, talk to Leoin. Teleport to Dragon Palace and talk to Komi, followed by Guli. He gives you 10 taichi pills.

Now teleport to Scarlet City (yes, again!) and autoroute to the Goldeye Demons. Afterwards, travel back to Guli for 30 last taichi pills.

CHAPTER 5 THE MYSTERY

To complete Chapter 5 you must be level 120 or higher.

Talk to Lanti at [Divine Realm (132, -322)] to get the quest. Go to Guli as instructed, and then teleport to the Ancient Lands. You will need 50g to do this, and the NPC is at the top of the Serpent thing in Kunlun where the Astral Lord was previously. From here, it really helps to have a skyblade. The following takes a lot of patience, but if you follow the guide, you hopefully wont die and have to pay 50g to go back again. As a rule of thumb, don't attack ANYTHING. Because if you do in Ancient Lands, it will attack back and you will die.

First talk to Qeidu, and get the quest to check out the Ancient Lands. Qeidu can be found a little bit north of Welkin Cottage. Follow the map below and youll hit all the spots you need to. On the way there, you'll run into mobs called Torturers and Dragon Guards and the Skycity General who will kill you with ease. At certain choke points, you'll want to wait until they run by then make a dash for it using any speed buffs you have. If you see more coming, just retreat and let them pass. Your minimap helps alot. The blue dots are the things that want to kill you, since they appear as NPCs not monsters. Oh, and the red/pink/whatever titled mobs dont aggro you, but you really dont want to upset them anyway.

After visiting Sparkle Palace, you'll get a popup to go speak to Miubo, who is located in Sunlight Palace. You'll receive a quest to collect a dusty lambskin scroll. Go to Shenwu Pool and run across the bridge. You should have the scroll in your bag. From there, run to where you got the Sacan Castle popup and JUMP. Run or fly back to Qeidu. Now you get to do it all over again and go talk to Miubo! No, portal charms dont work. Just follow the same method as before.When you're done here, go back to Qeidu. He will give you 100 taichis for your work.

Run over to Jadeon and talk to Enu. Then autoroute to Baako at the Bamboo clearing. Mmm, fish pate. Now across the map to Baye. And across the map again to Amandla. Now to to Divine Realm and autoroute to Lakui. He will send you to kill some Haunting Wanderers, so go and do that. Talk to the NPC Quliu and Leoin and you're done. 80 more taichis.

CHAPTER 6 ACCIDENT

Make sure you have the Kun Badge in your bag to start the quest at Lowi [Scarlet City (270, 39)]. Go talk to Lakui at [Scarlet City (106. 96)] for 5 taichi pills.

Autoroute to Leoin for 5 more taichi pills.

Teleport back to the Dragon Palace, accept the quest from Guli and go kill 50 Dragon Sparrows. Return for Guli for 99 Perfect Spirit Potions. You'll need 50g for the next part to teleport to the Ancient Lands. Find Hunei, he's located on the middle of the Dragon Raft at [Dragon Raft (-2, -9)]. Use the same method from Chapter 5 to get to Shenwu Pool, located in the north. This part is vague, you'll need to talk to Wu Kaitan at [Shenwu Pool (-49, 697)] to get the next part of the quest. Frantal Lizards are all over the Bitter Sea. Instead of going back the way you came, just run to the front of Sacan Castle and jump off. This way you wont have to deal with the Hide-and-seek game again. Kill a bunch until you get Wenta's Last Letter. Don't worry, they're not very difficult, you should be able to handle them relatively easily. Then talk to Hunei again to finish the quest. Go talk to Enu in Jadeon for your 85 taichi pill reward.

Visit Li Su in Incense Valley. He tells you to kill 100 Redtail Wanderers, there's a pretty good spot in Soulflame temple, so it should be fairly quick. Go to Jadeon and talk to Enu and Issa. Now you'll have to go back into the Ancient Lands, but this time there's no need to run around enemies. Find Xusyn at [Ancient Land (326, -749)] in Flower Valley. Go kill a bunch of Frantal Lizards (fom Wenta's Last Letter) and come talk to Xusyn again. You'll get 100 taichis and a Lun badge (keep it) to end this chapter.

CHAPTER 7 BLOOD

Find Luwu at [Scarlet City (123, 83)]. Autoroute to Leoin on the other side of Scarlet City for 5 taichi pills.

Now you need to go back into Ancient Lands (blegghhh another 50g). You need to go to [Shenwu Pool (-16, 667)] and talk to Jing Bo there. Use the same method from Chapter 5, you should be used to this by now. Jump off the edge of Sacan castle and go talk to Yuer on the left side of Rainbow Bridge at [Celestial City (-121, 91)]. Find Fonik at [Dragon Raft (0, -4)]. He is next to Hunei on the boat for 50 taichi pills.

Go back to the Divine Realm and talk to Botan [Scarlet City (320, 175)]. Autoroute over to Qului [Scarlet City (452, 118)], then go to Incense Valley and talk to Li Su. Teleport to Sunstream and talk to Meri Koon, then Jin Parto, and finally, Tonni. Go to Southern Border and talk to Lil Baba. Go back to the Divine Realm, and into Scarlet City and talk to Lakui. Back to Dragon Palace and talk to Guli for 50 taichi pills.

Go to Jadeon and talk to Enu, then Baako at Bamboo Clearing, and Enu again for 20 taichi pills. Easy enough.

Kill the mobs as directed, they can be found en masse directly east of Crystal Hall. Talk to Enu for 80 more taichi pills.

CHAPTER 8 N/A

Looks like somebody forgot to translate the title of this Chapter

Start the quest at Sitan at [Scarlet City (202 161)]. Go talk to Enu in Jadeon for 5 taichi pills.

Talk to Issa and then go to Bamboo Clearing to talk with Baako. Now go to Kunlun's Mountain Lake and kill a bunch of Icespike Golems. Talk to Issa for 50 taichi pills.

Talk to Baako again, and then Enu. This time go north to the Hall of the Founder and talk with Baye. for 30 easy taichi pills to end the easiest chapter yet.

CHAPTER 9 DECAY

Start in Jadeon at [Crystal Hall (93 192)] by talking to Tyloin. Talk with Enu for 5 taichi pills and then go see Baako.
Go back to the Divine Realm, teleport to Scarlet City, and autoroute to Qului. The easiest way to collect Bellgrass from here is to teleport back to Dragon Palace and autoroute to the Blossom Witches. Go back to Scarlet City and talk to Zazu for 10 taichi pills.

Go talk to Guli the Senior and then talk to Komi. You can find her at [Dragon Palace (337, -314)] so either fly up there, or use the stairs in the room with the huge Balo chick to get all the way up. Now get out of there and go talk to Baako at the Bamboo Clearing. Now go back to Sunstream, talk to Tanis Ka, and get your last 70 taichi pills.

Flameagle Order This is a quest you can obtain from your Faction Representative to kill 10 Shura Celestial Vanguards for the reward of Taichi Pills (exp). This quest can only be obtained if you have at least 5 million honor points. 10 million and 20 million honor points open up higher levels of the Flameagle Order, which in turn reward you with more exp. (You also get your name broadcast in World Chat when you complete the quest!) 4. Free Ethereal Gear If you have enough honor, you can get free Ethereal weapons from your Faction Representative. The more honor you have, the higher level gear you can acquire. 5. Ascension If you have at least 5 million honor points for your faction, you are not required to do the ascension quest. You can get a Nirvana Insignia from your faction representative, but be warned: it only lasts 24h so only take it when you want to ascend! 6. Titles Being in the rankings of the Hall of Excellence for honor earns you special titles, depending on where you rank. You need to be ranked there for about 10 days before the update which will give you your title. ♥ Clan Donate to your clan to level up your skill Shared Fortune. The higher the skill level, the more exp you can share with your online clan mates. Go to the Clan Master in Sunstream to get the quest Shared Fortune. Each level of Shared Fortune requires different provisions. The more provisions you donate, the more Contrib. you have. (Contrib. doesn't give you anything apart from the respect of your clan chief. xD) ♥ Alliances 1. Renown Renown has several advantages. The more renown you have, the more Arcane Bullions and Arcane Coins you receive from doing the Alliance Duty quest (obtained from Alliance Master). If you leave your alliance, you will lose all of your renown. 2. Construction Everything you donate goes towards the Construction points of your alliance. Higher amounts of construction mean a higher alliance level and a higher alliance level means more clan slots. At alliance level 4, you are able to participate in the Fort Siege. 3. Ascension If you have 200k+ renown, you don't have to kill Skyscream to ascend. ♥ Piety 1. For level 13 clan skills you need to get a Colora Crystal Gem, the Clan Coordinator says you need to have 5000 kills for clan glory on any map and have the #1 title for that map. You can also trade for this item at the Elder of Arcaneness in Jadeon, for 10 Arcane Bullion and 50 Arcane Coins.

Level Fourteen Clan Skills

For level 14 clan skills, you need to get a Dragon Essence Gem. The Elder of Arcaneness will trade you this item in exchange for 20 Arcane Bullion and 100 Arcane Coins.

Level Fifteen Clan Skills

For level 15 clan skills, you need to get a Skyweeping Lumin Stone. The Elder of Arcaneness will trade you this item in exchange for 30 Arcane Bullion and 150 Arcane Coins.

This is the highest possible level of Clan Skills.

If you can't find any of the bosses then they have been killed and you need to wait for them to respawn, usually can take up to 30mins for these bosses to respawn. Pets

Pets are companions that can be of great help to you in all of your endeavors in Jade Dynasty. Pets can help you by fighting, foraging, or crafting. Upon reaching LV35, you will automatically be given a quest to speak with Pet Master Ellan (208, 44) to obtain your first Pet.

Taming Pets

Before you can expect your Pet to do your bidding, you must first Tame it. To do this, speak with Pet Master Ellan. Choose the Tame Pet option, place your pet in the Pet slot and then click the Done button to confirm the action. Once your Pet is tamed, you can then move it to a Pet slot by right-clicking on it in your Bag.

Managing Pets

Most of the Pet controls are accessible through the Pet Roster interface which you can access by pressing the [P] key. Your initial Pet Roster can only hold two (2) Pets. There are items you can acquire in game and in the Marketplace which increase the number of Pets your roster can hold.

The top portion of the Pet Roster displays an overview of your selected Pet.

The button in the upper-right corner of the interface will allow you to set your Pet to engage in Combat, Forage for items, or Rest.

The button displayed beneath it allows you to specialize your Pet in either Crafting or Combat.

While the button below that contains all of your Pets attributes.

Feeding Pets

Pets get hungry over time. As hunger (referred to as the Belly attribute) can significantly reduce your Pet?s performance in combat, it is wise to always keep them well fed. You can manually feed your Pet by right-clicking on Pet food in your Bag while your active Pet is hungry. You can purchase food from Pet Tamer Totto in Sunstream City (212, 44).

You can automate the feeding of your Pet with a Pet Remedy Battery (such as Wongzo Grapes).

To use a Battery, left-click on the circle that appears directly to the right of your Pet Health bar while summoned to open the Pet Auto-Recovery interface. From here, drag the desired Battery into the slot provided. You can also configure the exact conditions of automated feeding.

Pet Age

Over time, your Pet will increase in Age. When your Pet reaches its maximum Age, you will be unable to use it further.

There are two (2) ways that you can extend the life of your Pet. If your Pet is still able to be summoned, you may purchase Pet Medicine sold by Pet Tamer Totto which you can use like a Pet Remedy to reduce the Age of your Pet.

The second method involves purchasing a Pet Training Leash which is to be used if your Pet can no longer be summoned.

Buying Pet

In the event you lose a Pet, or simply want others to choose from, you can purchase additional pets from Pet Tamer Totto.

There are also a number of Pets which are available through the in-game Marketplace?these Pets are usually on sale for a limited time only.

Free Pets

At LV45, you can acquire a quest from Pet Tamer Totto which grants you with a free Pet upon completion! While these Pets behave similarly to normal Pets, they do not grow or evolve like regular Pets. You can get one Pet in this manner per day. You can level them up and then Release them for Pet Training items that you can use to improve your primary Pet.

Tier 1

Slaughter 50 Moaning Harpies (-288, 378) within the ruins of the Grasstemple Village in Sunstream to demonstrate your ability to carry out tasks without question or hesitation.

Return to Meri Koon in Sunstream City (98, 140) once the deed is done and you will be welcomed into the Vim.

Tier 2

Upon reaching LV45, speak with Meri Koon in Sunstream City.

Eradicate 500 Toxic Webspinners near the Lunar Well in The Billows (-356, 246).

Speak with Meri Koon in Sunstream City and be granted the knowledge of the Vim elders.

Tier 3

Upon reaching LV75, speak with the representative of your faction.

Tanis Ka does not offer the information freely and requests that you pay him 5 Gold for the knowledge he possesses.

Speak with Weikoch outside of the Skysong Temple (-250, -35) and offer him your assistance.

Note: Not agreeing to either Wango Yinh or Weikoch's request will cause the quest to fail at which point you must pay an additional 5 Gold to Tanis Ka to begin again.

Tier 3: Step 2

Defeat 50 Wild Wolves outside of Sunstream City (50, -50).

Defeat 50 Butterfly surrounding Sunstream City (175, 5).

Defeat 50 Monkey Phantasms near the Valley of Abandon in Jadeon (230, -140).

Travel to the Cynical Dialectian in The Billows (120, 0) and speak with him.

An unusual and powerful item is needed in order to proof yourself worthy of the knowledge?a Yasho Essence Orb

Slay 100 Savage Slitherers outside of the Wildlands Sanctuary (20, 60).

Obtain 15 of each Lifeblood, Spirit and Focus Talisman and give them to Dread the Doc near the entrance to the Wildlands in Doom Bog in exchange a Yasho Essence Orb.

Speak with lone Uncle Bozo outside of the Crystal Hall in Jadeon (165, 245).

Return to the Special Ops Agent in Sunstream City (215, 160) and present him with the Yasho Essence Orb.

Infused with the power contained within the orb, you suddenly understand the more advanced teachings of your faction.

Un reaching LV105, speak with the representative of your faction.
